For trade-in appointments, please arrive as closely to your scheduled time as possible.
We’ve instituted this system to ensure both that we can most efficiently handle your trade and that we keep the number of customers in the store at a safe level. Customers that arrive early for appointments will be asked to wait. Customers that arrive significantly late will be asked to reschedule. ReGen accepts games, consoles, and accessories from every generation of gaming for cash or store credit. No collection is too small or too big. It’s our policy to offer compensation for trade-ins that are representative of the item’s condition and value on the market based on demand and rarity.*

* All items are expected to be in salable condition with little or no damage. Value for trade ins will only be given in person after inspecting items. We do not accept bootleg games or consoles. All items, unless explicitly described as an import, are expected to be North American (NTSC) versions. Items received in damaged but repairable condition will be reduced appropriately in their trade-in value. Unrepairable items will not be returned. We reserve the right to refuse any item for any reason. Transactions are final. Must be 18 or older to receive cash.
