You can either purchase something directly through our online store, or browse our online inventory list.
When using the inventory list, once you’ve found something you would like to purchase use THIS FORM (also linked at the top of each inventory page) to send us a message with the details for your order.
THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FORM.
Please only order items currently listed as in-stock.
Once the form is submitted, we will contact you via the email address you provided regarding payment and delivery.
PLEASE NOTE: Order forms submitted during business hours will be handled before end of business the same day. Orders after business hours will be handled in a timely manner the next business day.
We can either invoice you via PayPal, or send an invoice where you can enter a card number.
Any invoice that isn’t paid within 48 hours will be automatically cancelled.
For most orders, shipping will be a flat $5, but will be waived for orders of $50 or more!
(Please note that orders containing consoles may cost extra to ship—Xboxes are heavy!!)

Our inventory system makes it slightly tricky for us to post the quantities available for certain things like accessories and controllers. You’re more than welcome to inquire about the availability of these things, though! If you request something like this in your order, we’ll be sure to get back to you with the options available before we proceed with your invoice, so keep an eye on your email!
Then we don’t have it. Due to the nature of our business, our inventory is pretty unpredictable, so it’s hard to say when things will be available in the future.
But, we have a Wishlist Program available that can notify you automatically when games you’re looking for have been added to our inventory!
The game/console I want was on the inventory sheet, should I contact you to make sure it’s still available?
We work diligently to ensure that our online inventory is up-to-date, so if it’s listed, it’s probably still available.
I’m interested in buying a game that has been marked down for cosmetic damage, but I’d like to see exactly what is wrong with it first.
Send us an email and we’ll get you some photos—it’s totally understandable that you’d want to see what you’re getting before you buy it.
Orders placed before 5 PM will usually ship the next business day once the payment has been confirmed.
PLEASE NOTE: due to circumstances beyond our control, the US Postal Service has become unpredictable, and you can most likely expect to see some shipping delays.
Please be aware that once the item leaves our store, it is in the hands of the USPS–all we can do is optimistically hope that it arrives somewhat on-time!
- Returns may be made for any reason up to 30 days after the original purchase date as long as you have the receipt and the item is in the original condition. Items that have been damaged will be subject to a restocking fee.
- Controllers and accessories that were purchased as “new” may be returned after opening if they are defective or are still in like-new condition.
- New games, including but not limited to titles from the Limited Run Games series, may not be returned after opening, but may be traded in for a percentage of the value.
- Art, including but not limited to prints, bead sprites, vinyl albums, buttons, and candles, may not be returned due to the nature of our agreements with the suppliers.
- Plush toys are not eligible for return due to sanitation requirements.
I purchased an item using one payment method, but I want to receive a refund via a different payment method. Is this possible?
The short answer is no, although we are willing to work with you for extenuating circumstances.
Please contact us if you need to discuss a complicated return.
Certainly! As long as the return is processed within 30 days of the purchase date. Please contact us to start the return process.
I am local, and I need to make a return, but I am uncomfortable entering a crowded mall or I cannot wear a mask for medical reasons. Are returns eligible for the curbside program?
Of course! We’re willing to accommodate any reasonable requests, and we certainly have no problem running out to your car to help you with your return. Please call us at (410) 933-6662 to schedule a time for us to take care of that for you.
We are currently accepting trade-ins BY APPOINTMENT ONLY.
Please be advised that if you bring items in without an appointment, there is a very high chance that you will be turned away in favor of those that called ahead.
If it’s a video game, console, or accessory from any time in gaming history, we likely want it.
That said, here’s a list of items we don’t accept.
We offer cash and store credit—and we now offer Venmo payments in lieu of physical cash!
We will not.
Our item values are strongly based on the condition of each item, and the prices can change suddenly from day to day, so—in order to avoid any miscommunications—we strongly suggest you just make an appointment for us to appraise your items in person.
We need to be able to make sure that everything works.

If it works, we’re willing to check it out, but the value will be affected depending on condition.
As long as it is clearly communicated with the employees present at the time of drop off. And you must leave a valid contact number for us to reach you when we’re finished.
PLEASE NOTE: all items left without communication for more than 48 hours will be considered abandoned and will become the property of the store.

PLEASE NOTE: our Wishlist Program is fulfilled on a first-come, first-served basis.
You *must* call us when you receive the text, or we won’t know to hold the game for you, and there’s a chance someone else will come get it before you can!
In addition to the timeliness factor, there is also a chance that the game may not be ready to sell immediately. It may need cleaning, or it may not be in the condition you would prefer.
If you show up unannounced, the game may not be ready for you, so it’s best for everyone if you call ahead.
The Wishlist Program can only accommodate games at this time.
